Agreement to Terms

Welcome to Misybot MetaOS. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our AI-powered content orchestration platform, including any related services, features, and applications (collectively, the "Service").

By accessing or using Misybot MetaOS, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Misybot AI LLC.

Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You can register using:

  • ✓Google OAuth: Sign in with your Google account credentials
  • ✓Email Registration: Create an account with email and password

Your Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
  • You are responsible for all activities under your account

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent to use this Service. By using Misybot MetaOS, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

Prohibited Content

  • Generate harmful, illegal, or deceptive content
  • Create spam, misinformation, or disinformation
  • Infringe intellectual property rights of others
  • Violate privacy rights or data protection laws

System Abuse

  • Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt service integrity
  • Use automated systems without prior approval
  • Reverse engineer or decompile our software

Commercial Restrictions

  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
  • Use Service for competitive analysis or benchmarking
  • Circumvent usage limits or quota restrictions

AI-Generated Content

Ownership

You retain ownership of content you create using Misybot MetaOS. However, AI-generated content may be subject to third-party rights and applicable laws.

Responsibility

You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying AI-generated content before publication or commercial use.

No Guarantees

We do not guarantee accuracy, originality, or fitness for purpose of AI-generated outputs. Always conduct human review.

Subscription and Payments

Misybot MetaOS offers various subscription tiers including FREE, PRO, CREATOR, and FOUNDER licenses.

FREE Tier

Limited quota, basic features, community support

FOUNDER License

5-year access, all features, priority support, one-time payment ($99 USD)

Payment Terms

  • All fees are non-refundable unless required by law
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
  • We reserve the right to modify pricing with notice
  • Founder licenses are personal, non-transferable (5-year term)

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion for:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Fraudulent or abusive behavior
  • Non-payment of subscription fees
  • Prolonged inactivity (12+ months)

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MISYBOT AI LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Misybot AI LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of said jurisdiction.
